ROMANIAN DECORATIONS AWARDED IN 1913 TO SOME GREEK DIGNITARIES

Abstract. The article presents, using faleristics, heraldry and sigillography, the “Star of Romania” Order in the ranks of Commander and Grand Cross conferred by Carol I, King of Romania, in 1913, to Rizo-Rangabè Alexandre, first secretary of legation and to Venizelos Elefterios, the president of the Council of Ministers, Minister of War of Greece, as well as the “Crown of Romania” Order in the Grand Cross degree which was awarded, also in 1913, to General Alexandru Soutzo, from the Greek army.
